Qigong trainings continue only online during May and summer

Sadly, Qigong group that joins in person has not been filled. During May and summer period only online trainings will be available.

No Training on May 1st

May 1st is a public holiday, and training sessions are canceled. Happy Spring Day to all!


New Training Schedule from April 1st

The training schedule has been updated! All previous 0. class at 18:30 training participants will now join the I. class starting at 19:00

Note: On Thursdays, Taiji classes will be held in the Lavendel hall.


There will be no training on March 27th

On March 27th, on the national holiday, there will be no wushu training. We wish everyone a great holiday!


Updates about Yongsheng SK sports camp 2024

We are pleased to inform you that the information about this year's sports camp is updated.

It is planned for July 17 - July 26 (10 days) at the Jõulumäe Sport Center (joulumae.ee). Price for 10 days is 390 euro. Registration is by full or partial payment (100 euro). Please confirm your participation by March 31st.


Important Update Regarding Beginner Taiji Classes

We regret to inform you that due to the unavailability of a suitable room, we will not be able to start a new class for beginner Taiji students in February.

We understand that this may be disappointing news for those of you looking forward to starting your Taiji journey with us. Please know that we are actively working to find a solution and hope to offer these classes again in the near future.

The next beginners' course is planned for October. Stay tuned for further updates, and we thank you for your understanding and continued interest in our Taiji programs.

Join Us for the Chinese New Year Celebration with Master Sheng!

Celebrate the Chinese New Year with us at the China Inn restaurant and welcome the Year of the Dragon with joy and festivity! Master Sheng invites everyone to a memorable Chinese New Year celebration.

Participation Fee: €26 per person

Club Operations During the Holidays

Dear Members!

We would like to inform you that on public holidays, December 25th and 26th, there will be no trainings. Additionally, our Master will be on vacation from January 1st to 3rd. Regular training sessions will resume according to the usual schedule after this period.

NB! Changes in the Location of Taiji I. Class Thursday Training Sessions

From October through the end of December, Taiji I. Class Thursday training sessions will take place in the Lavendel hall, while training sessions on Tuesdays will continue in the Lootos hall.


First Beginners Group Training

We'd like to remind you that tomorrow, October 3rd, we have our first taiji training for beginners. There is still an opportunity for everyone interested to join the class:

Location and Times: 
Our classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:30 to 19:30 at Forus Sports Center located at Sõjakooli 10, Tallinn.

Meeting Before the First Training: 
The first training will take place tomorrow, October 3rd.
We kindly ask all participants to arrive 10-15 minutes early to the sports center's foyer. This will allow us to give you a key card, which is necessary for access to the dressing room.

Training clothes: 
We recommend wearing loose clothing and flat-soled shoes.

Key Card: 
Each participant will receive a key card for the dressing room. After the first training, this key card will be yours, and it can be used in future classes. To obtain the key card, a deposit of 10 euros is required. It's important to note that this amount will be refunded to you when you return the card. This is our way of ensuring that the cards are properly stored and available to all participants.

Payment Methods: 
There are two ways to pay for the course:

  • Pay in cash to the instructor before the class.
  • Make a bank transfer to the club's account. Please include your name and the course name "Taiji 0. klass" in the payment description.

Beginner's Group

Starting from October, we are opening beginner's Taiji and Qigong classes.
Training times: Taiji 0. class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:30–19:30, and Qigong on Saturdays at 10:00–11:00. Register via the contact form.

Due to an increase in training hall rental prices starting from September 4th, monthly prices have changed: prices.

Taiji I. class - we start learning the 48 form.
Anyone who feels confident in the 24 form and wants to learn a new form, as well as anyone who wants to better understand and improve the 48 form, is welcome on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:30.

Taiji I-II-III. class - around 20:00–21:00, we do the 24 form 4 times, the 48 form 2 times, and the sword form 2 times.
